CEO Message
In 2014, while gazing at the ocean in a port town I was visiting for the first time, I was contemplating how to spend my future life as an engineer. I thought there should be a company for engineers—a place where we could pursue technology, bring good ideas to life, and work hand in hand with customers. Virtual Craft was born to give shape to my vision of working together with people who share these same values.
We are a technical group that performs infrastructure engineering for cloud service platforms. Not limited by traditional infrastructure engineer roles, we engage in non-functional programming and system self-recovery, striving daily to be experts in the OPS field of DEV/OPS.
Additionally, Virtual Craft is a unique company that enjoys trying new approaches to business operations, such as internal transparency of company finances and all employee salaries, and promoting fully remote work even before the COVID-19 pandemic.
